Texas Hill Country Chapter of Safari Club International participates in the Sportsman against Hunger donation program. This program organizes meat donations from Hunters and puts that meat into the hands of the needy. The majority of the recipients from THCC SCI include the Salvation Army in Kerrville and numerous disabled active and retired veterans in the San Antonio area.

Hunters may take their carcass and or meat to the following participating Meat Processors in the Kerrville Area:
